The best carpets from different tribes

Our collection of Berber carpets and kilims is made up of several hundred pieces from different Berber tribes, the best known being the Zemmour, the Beni M'Guild, the Zayane and the Beni Ouarrain ones situated in the Middle Atlas and the Aït Ouaouzguite and the Glaoua ones totally located in the High Atlas.

Some carpets also come from a region ranging from the Haouz of Marrakech to the Atlantic coast, they were made by Berber or Bedouin families, such as the beautiful carpets of Chichaoua, Chiadma, Rehamna, Ouled Bou Sbâa… etc. Some of the carpets and kilims that we offer are considered old (50 years or older), others are more recent.

A beautiful hooded cape

A rare and authentic Berber shepherd's hooded cape or shawl (salham) that ranks among the most magnificent weavings in Morocco.

Dimensions : this model wear is about medium size. It is made by the Ait Ouaouzguite tribe, the akhnif has two major design sections: the first is the black plainwoven field decorated with Berber talismanic tattoos and symbols.
